RETURN DETAILS

In the event of a situation where ECO Edge product needs to be returned, the following return details apply:

  1. Products can be returned if 45 days or less of purchase date as shown on the original ECO Edge invoice. With regards to condition of the product, they must be in original state as they were received. If there is product that is not in its original state, please do not return them as this will cost the customer the shipping cost plus the cost of the product when inspected. 
  2. The customer is responsible for all delivery charges to return product to the below specified ship location.
  3. If product is picked up, the following will be incurred by the returnee:
    • X-TRECO - $15.00 minimum plus $0.05 for every X-TRECO over 100 plus $0.25 per package re-stocking fee.
    • ECO Edge Fruit Snacks - $15.00 minimum plus $0.25 per 170 gram package over 10.

The above return guidelines are standard unless otherwise negotiated. If you need further clarification on the above, feel free to contact your account representative and they would be happy to assist you. 


PACKAGING DETAILS

If you are ready to proceed with your return, follow the below steps to prepare the packages for shipping:

  1. Please contact your ECO Edge account representative (see original invoice) to let them know that you will be returning ECO Edge product so they can let the head office know. Together, find out the best route or action to take moving forward.
  2. If it is not already, please place the product back into its original packaging.
  3. Place a copy of the original invoice and return invoice along with payment (for sold product & associated return fees) in an envelope.
  4. Place the envelope on the top of the product in the box that to be returned.
  5. Apply tape wherever there are gaps/openings.
  6. If it is a large package or group of boxes, please call FEDEX or UPS for pick-up.

COMPLETION

Upon receiving the product, The ECO Edge will use fair judgment to determine the condition of product.

  • If useable, the customer will receive the following credit on account:
    • $2.50 per returned X-TRECO
    • $2.50 per returned ECO Edge Fruit Snack 170 gram package
  • If unusable, customer will be charged the following:
    • $2.50 per returned X-TRECO
    • $2.50 per returned ECO Edge Fruit Snack 170 gram package

If a credit or charge is due on account, the customer will be notified.
